Part 2: Coron Loop Experience!

Next stop is Twin Lagoon, which is another nice place to go swimming.  If it’s low tide, then you will have enough head room to swim beneath a small tunnel towards the lagoon otherwise, you have to use the wooden stairs to get to the other side.  I don’t know but the water there feels warm and cold at the same time.  The water beneath is warm while the water near the surface is cold.  Intriguing eh!  And here you can enjoy swimming under the shade because the lagoon is surrounded by tall rock walls.  You have to be careful though because there are huge rocks covered with really sharp oyster shells which can cut you really deep.  So, invest in aqua shoes and rash guard…or just be extra careful.
Passing through the tunnel is more exciting than using the stairs

Calm water...perfect for swimming

Our guide was suggesting a couple of beaches but we said that we just wanted to do a little more snorkeling so he took us to the Taiei Maru Japanese Shipwreck.  The guide said that the shipwreck is directly underneath the buoys so that’s where we went and saw a rusty object that looks like a ship’s bow.  And there are a lot of fish that brought us tremendous joy.  I will just let the pictures do the talking.  All I know is that for a person who doesn’t know how to swim, I am so into snorkeling.

Feeding the cuties little by little

Where are they?

And they came!

And they can't get enough of the bread

It's a good thing we brought a lot of bread

More bread...more bread...more bread....

I'm such a happy, happy girl!

I can't stop smiling :-)

Wish I can be this happy all the time

Left the site at around 4pm because we have to get back to Coron town while there's still light...there's still Mt. Tapyas to climb.
